The construction of the stadium was carried out by the Strategic Infrastructure Directorate General of the Ministry of PU through the South Sulawesi Strategic Infrastructure Implementation Unit (Satker), with the contractor Waskita-Adhi (KSO).
The project is funded by the State Budget (APBN) with a value of around IDR 637.15 billion.
The scope of work includes the construction of structural, architectural and mechanical electrical plumbing (MEP) on the main stadium building which includes the north, west, south and east stands.
