Executive Vice President (EVP) Corporate Secretary of Hutama Karya Mardiansyah said that during the work, traffic arrangements in the form of a detour at KM 18+998 for vehicles from the Padang Toll Gate (GT) to the Kapalo Hilalang Toll Gate will be implemented.
He said that the traffic engineering was carried out in coordination with the West Sumatra Regional Police Traffic Directorate, the Padang Pariaman Police Traffic Directorate, the West Sumatra National Road Implementation Agency, and the West Sumatra Provincial Transportation Office (Dishub).
The detour route used is on the existing road side and will be equipped with signs, markings, lighting and other safety devices.
The company also alerted traffic control officers at crucial points and carried out socialization through various communication channels so that traffic engineering information is conveyed to the public.
