He added that non-tax state revenues (PNBP) reached Rp33.9 trillion or 7.4 percent of the 2026 state budget target.
Meanwhile, the realization of state expenditures as of January 2026 has reached Rp. 227.3 trillion or around 5.9 percent of the total 2026 state budget target of Rp. 3,842.7 trillion.

He explained that the figure for the realization of state expenditures came from the K/L expenditure of Rp55.8 trillion or equivalent to 3.7 percent of the state budget target of Rp1,510.5 trillion and non-K/L expenditures reached Rp76.1 trillion or 4.6 percent of the state budget target of Rp1,639.2 trillion.
Meanwhile, the Regional Transfer (TKD) reached Rp95.3 trillion or equivalent to 13.8 percent of the 2026 State Budget target of Rp693.0 trillion.
Purbaya said that overall realization of the state budget showed careful management in maintaining fiscal discipline in the midst of global dynamics.
"Meanwhile, the primary balance deficit of IDR 4.2 trillion shows a prudent fiscal position in terms of financing the realization of IDR 105.1 trillion or 15.2 percent of the target is carried out in a measured and anticipatory manner to maintain liquidity and financial market stability," he explained.
