For users of the Commuter Line Basoetta No. 806 who want to continue their journey to the airport, KAI Commuter provides a replacement transport so that the journey can continue.

In handling the incident, the relevant officers have carried out the initial process of evacuating the train series. KAI Commuter also coordinated with KAI Daop 1 Jakarta by sending a train series to the scene to speed up the recovery of services.

"As a result of this incident, the Tangerang Commuter Line currently only serves relations to Rawa Buaya Station to return to Duri Station. Meanwhile, the Basoetta Commuter Line from the airport only goes to Batuceper Station to return to Soekarno-Hatta Airport," explained Karina.
