PT Hutama Karya as the manager of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) said that cumulatively, the total daily traffic on all toll roads that have been operating reached 120,944 vehicles or increased by 21.34 percent compared to normal traffic.

In addition to Terpeka, an increase in traffic was also recorded on a number of other roads in South Sumatra, namely the Palembang-Indralaya-Prabumulih Toll Road (Palindra & Indraprabu) which was crossed by 12,579 vehicles or an increase of 19.90 percent compared to normal traffic.

Regionally, a significant spike also occurred on the Betung-Tempino-Jambi Toll Road (Bayung Lencir-Tempino) with 9,131 vehicles or an increase of 42.76 percent.

Meanwhile, the Sigli-Banda Aceh Toll Section 2-6 (Seulimeum-Baitussalam) recorded the highest percentage increase, namely 83.18 percent with a total of 7,831 vehicles.

Traffic monitoring is carried out continuously through the readiness of officers, the optimization of toll gates, and surveillance at points of high density to ensure that vehicle traffic remains smooth and safe during the long holiday period.
