BCA Announces Branch Schedule Adjustment during Chinese New Year 2026

JAKARTA - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) announced adjustments to the operational schedule of branch offices by following the schedule of holidays and public holidays that have been set by the government starting Monday, February 16, until Tuesday, February 17.

On that date, the branch office service does not operate at all. However, BCA still opens weekend banking services on Saturday, February 14, and Sunday, February 15. Starting Wednesday, February 18, BCA branch offices are back to normal operation.

BCA President Director Hendra Lembong in his statement in Jakarta, quoted by Antara, said that the company always ensures readiness to accompany and serve the needs of all customers anytime and anywhere, including during the holiday and vacation period with Chinese New Year 2026.

BCA continues to provide various solutions that can be accessed at any time through digital platforms such as myBCA, BCA mobile, KlikBCA, and more than 20 thousand BCA ATM networks that continue to operate.

In addition, customers can use the cardless feature on BCA mobile and myBCA to deposit and withdraw cash at ATMs without a card.

The company also again appeals to all customers to always be careful of various types of fraud schemes in the name of BCA.
