16 New Pertamina Downstream Subholding Board of Directors Names Circulate

JAKARTA - PT Pertamina (Persero) has officially merged or merged its three subsidiaries, namely PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (PPN), PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI), and PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS). The merger of these three downstream subsidiaries has been carried out since February 1, 2026 with PPN as the receiving entity.

With the merger, the names of 16 new directors and 8 commissioners circulated. In the list it is known that Mars Ega Legowo, who is the President Director of Pertamina Patra Niaga, still holds the same position. Meanwhile, the position of Deputy President Director is occupied by Raufik Adityawarman who was previously the President Director of Pertamina International Refinery.

Meanwhile, the position of President Commissioner is occupied by Major General (Ret.) Sabar Yudo Suroso who is the General Chairman of the Garuda Merah Putih (IGMP) Indonesian Prawiro Community Organization which is also one of the supporting teams for Prabowo - Gibran in the 2024 Presidential Election.

When confirmed, Pertamina Patra Niaga's Corporate Secretary, Roberth MV Dumatubun said, information on the new directors and commissioners will be listed on the company's official website.

"For changes to the company's management, it is carried out through the company's website," said Roberth briefly.
