ORI029 Officially Released, Becomes the First Retail SBN in 2026

JAKARTA - The government has again issued Retail State Bonds (ORI) series ORI029T3 and ORI029T6 which are marketed online through the e-SBN system.

Meanwhile, ORI029 became the first retail series of Government Securities (SBN) released in 2026. Based on information from the official website of the Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management (DJPPR) of the Ministry of Finance, this bond is offered with two tenor options, namely 3 years and 6 years.

For each tenor, the government sets a coupon with a fixed rate scheme of 5.45 percent for ORI029T3 and 5.80 percent for ORI029T6.

The ORI029 offering will take place from January 26 to February 19, 2026. Meanwhile, the determination of the sale results is scheduled for February 23, 2026, with a settlement date on February 25, 2026.

Meanwhile, the maturity date of ORI029T3 is set on February 15, 2029, while ORI029T6 will expire on February 15, 2032.

The payment of the ORI029 coupon is made every 15th of each month, with the first coupon payment on April 15, 2026.

This instrument has a holding period of one coupon payment and can only be traded again starting April 16, 2026.

Investors can make purchases with a minimum value of IDR 1 million with a maximum order limit set at IDR 5 billion for ORI029T3 and IDR 10 billion for ORI029T6.

The process of purchasing ORI029 is carried out online through four stages, namely registration, booking, payment, and settlement or confirmation, and all transactions are carried out through an electronic system provided by the Distribution Partner which has been integrated with the e-SBN system.

"People who are interested in investing in ORI029T3 and ORI029T6 can currently register by contacting 28 Distribution Partners who have been appointed to serve direct purchase orders through an electronic system (online service)," he wrote, quoted Monday, January 26.
