JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk officially launched an update to the Travoy application with additional features and a new logo ahead of Ramadan 2026.

The new features are affordability of 3,500 CCTV, rest areas, information on public electric vehicle charging stations (SPKLU) digitally and source of funds from two Himbara Banks and one private bank.

Jasa Marga President Director Rivan Achmad Purwantono said that one of the significant differences of the latest application was full utilization with more than 3,500 CCTV monitors in the field.

In addition, Rivan said, the Travoy application is now equipped with a rest area management system (RAMS) which makes it easier for drivers to rest while driving on the toll road to check the condition of the nearest rest area.

"Why do we increase it before Lebaran? We hope that people can use this Travoy application which is applied to all sections and there is migration, whether or not the demand for this technological development continues," said Rivan at the Travoy Fest event in Jakarta, Saturday, January 10.

Rivan added that his party was also finalizing the Travoy Go feature, which plays a role in the contactless toll transaction service based on RFID. He said that the development would be supported by funding from three banks.

"Now, right, the use of Travoy Go is still only one source of funds. We have met with the two largest Himbara and one private bank that are developing. We hope that soon the source of funds from the bank can be started," he said.

The three major banks that are interested in providing funding support include PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and PT Bank Central Asia Tbk.

To support the development of Travoy Go, Jasa Marga will also add RFID gates. Toll gate transactions will also be neatly recorded in the application, so that the public does not need a receipt.

"And this is also part of digitalization where people no longer need receipts. Because this receipt from our tendency we know now will actually create waste which has a negative impact," said Rivan.

Apart from these features, other Travoy features are also being prepared by Jasa Marga, ranging from SPBU Finder, Virtual Assistant, Blackspot Info, Route Finder to SPKLU Reservation.

"Information about SPKLU initially was only visual, later it will also be known digitally. Then the development of the rest area, which is seen from its capacity and cameras, so that the public can see. Thus, the entire traffic journey is known and the public can use this toll road safely and safely to their destination," he explained.

Jasa Marga noted that the old Travoy application has been downloaded by 800,000 users. Ahead of the 2025 Christmas and New Year 2026 (Nataru 2025/2026) period, the soft launching of the new version of the application managed to increase the number of users to 1.2 million people.

Of all these applications, the most frequently used feature during normal days is for the needs of road, traffic and crane information. Rivan hopes that the application can help the smooth implementation of the upcoming Lebaran homecoming.

"We have remade this Travoy, which means with a new logo and very complete features," he added.
