The President Director of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Iman Rachman, revealed that by the end of 2025, only 26 companies had successfully carried out IPOs.

"Although the IPO target of 45 IPOs was achieved, only 26, but the fund-raising increased to Rp. 18 trillion compared to last year," said Iman in a press conference at the BEI Building, Tuesday, December 30.

Meanwhile, Iman said that for the lighthouse company category, his party noted that the achievement exceeded the target.

"The target of the lighthouse which is only 5 (companies) this year, will become 6," he added.

To note, the lighthouse company is a company with a market capitalization of over Rp3 trillion.

Iman also said that to date, the number of companies listed on the IDX has reached 956 issuers and overall, the average fund-raising in the capital market throughout this year has increased significantly.

"Until today, the number of companies we have recorded is 956, where the fundraise, which is usually an average of Rp. 200 trillion per year, this year has reached almost Rp. 300 trillion, to be precise Rp. 278 trillion," he concluded.
