Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of PT Alfabeta Solusi Nusantara Yuri Ardila said that the AI technology developed by the company is designed not only as an informative system, but also as a platform that can be developed sustainably according to the needs of public services and businesses.

"This CS Robot AI technology integrates artificial intelligence, computer vision, and natural language processing. In the future, this system can be developed for service personalization to operational analytics that support management decision-making," said Yuri.

The launch of this AI-based service robot coincides with the Kuningan City anniversary celebration and reflects the concrete implementation of digital technology in supporting operational efficiency and service innovation in the Indonesian property and retail sectors.

"The release of this AI-based service robot shows that technology has begun to be adopted in a tangible way in shopping centers in Indonesia and has great economic potential in the future," said Raymond Chin.

The use of AI is focused on increasing productivity and service quality, not to replace the role of human labor.

This service robot is also equipped with camera integration and multi-language capabilities, so it can reach a wider segment of visitors.
