Pertamina Patra Niaga Supply 100,000 Barrels Of Fuel To Vivo Gas Station

JAKARTA - Pertamina Patra Niaga announced that it has supplied 100,000 barrels of fuel for the Private Business Entity (Private) Vivo.

Pertamina Patra Niaga's Corporate Secretary, Roberth MV Dumatubun said that in this second stage, PT Vivo Energi Indonesia had agreed to carry out a Business to Business process with Pertamina Patra Niaga regarding the fulfillment of fuel supply by absorbing imported cargo from Pertamina Patra Niaga.

"The supply of fuel for this private BU Vivo is as much as 100,000 barrels (MB) which will be used for Vivo SPBU gas stations, after previously in the first phase also distributing 100,000 barrels of fuel to PT APR (BP-AKR)," said Roberth in a statement to the media, Monday, November 24.

Based on the commitment to maintain fuel supply for the community, transparency, and in line with the practice of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Pertamina Patra Niaga helps Vivo get fuel supply so that it can re-distribut energy and provide services to the community.

Roberth emphasized that this collaboration with private business entities is clear evidence that maintaining energy is joint work, for the sake of national energy security.

The collaboration process in helping the supply of BU Private is carried out through several stages that uphold the compliance and governance mechanism in a Business to Business (B2B) manner.

He explained that the negotiation process in terms of the number of needs based on the volume of demand, the implementation of supply tenders carried out with the GCG aspect and repeated confirmation with the Vivo Private BU, the implementation of the Join Surveyor, to the open book mechanism for commercial aspect negotiations was implemented, until finally the unloading process was carried out and received by the Vivo Private BU to be distributed to the public. This commodity of fuel supplied to the Vivo Private BU has fulfilled all requirements from the Vivo Private BU as a form of follow-up commitment to the Government's direction.
