Through the MoU, BSI together with the Ministry of Hajj agreed on several aspects, including operational and needs for institutional financial transactions and in organizing Umrah Hajj, facilitating access to Hajj services for prospective Indonesian pilgrims, as well as the use of Islamic financial products and services at BSI.
"Digitalization of Hajj services is part of BSI's strategy in supporting the acceleration of the transformation of Hajj services. We want to ensure that prospective pilgrims can access Hajj services easily, safely and in real time and according to sharia principles," he said.
With a more practical and easy process, Anggoro said that prospective pilgrims can carry out all banking activities related to Hajj anytime and anywhere, without having to come to the branch office.
BSI has prepared various Hajj costs payment services through various channels, both offline and online. Services can also be accessed through BSI Agents spread throughout Indonesia.
