Telkom Independent Commissioner Yohanes Surya Officially Resigns

JAKARTA - PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, (TLKM), announced that Yohanes Surya had submitted his resignation from the position of independent commissioner.

In an information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the Company stated that Yohanes Surya's resignation letter had been received on Thursday, November 20, 2025.

SVP Corporate Secretary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Jati Widagdo confirmed that Yohanes Surya's decision to withdraw from Telkom Commissioner did not have a significant impact on the company's operations or business sustainability.

"The company will take the necessary steps in relation to the resignation letter submitted by Mr. Yohanes Surya in accordance with applicable regulations," he said in his official statement, quoted on Friday, November 21.

Sebagai informasi, Yohanes Surya merupakan fisikawan ternama asal Indonesia.

Lahir di Jakarta pada 6 November 1963, ia dikenal aktif dalam berbagai organisasi internasional serta memiliki rekam jejak panjang di bidang akademik dan penelitian.
