Dody also emphasized the importance of reliability of utilities, including the availability of generators as a resource for electricity reserves.
"If you store meat or fish, electricity must not be broken. So I ask that all kitchen prototypes must be equipped with generators," he said.
He advised that the BGN Kitchen building design built by the Ministry of Public Works should still pay attention to local wisdom.
