Rumah Subsidi Tembus 221 Ribu! Ara: Jembatan Rumah Bersubsidi Kian Diperkuat

JAKARTA - Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait (Ara) said that the absorption of subsidized houses until November 15, 2025 has reached 221,000 units out of a total allocation of 350,000 units this year. He considered this achievement as strong evidence of the strong cooperation of all housing sector players.

"All of this is thanks to the support of developers, banks and Tapera. The housing ecosystem must be compact. Continue to work enthusiasticly to pursue the target until the end of the year," said Ara in a statement quoted by Antara, Sunday, November 16.

Ara emphasized that integrity and professionalism must be the main foundation in the provision of subsidized houses. According to him, developers play an important role in ensuring that services to the community continue to prioritize trust and satisfaction.

Developers are a bridge between countries and the people in realizing the budget to help small communities. Trust number one, customer satisfaction number one," he said.

He previously explained that the Housing Program Credit (KPP) and Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) are a tangible manifestation of President Prabowo's government's alignment in the people's housing sector.

FLPP is a financing subsidy that allows low-income people to get homes with a subsidized mortgage scheme through low interest rates, low down payment, and long tenor. This program is managed by BP Tapera and has been running since 2010.

The KPP is carried out based on Permenko No. 13/2025 and Permen PKP No. 13/2025. This scheme provides working capital financing credit or investment for MSMEs, including housing developers, contractors, and building materials traders, to support priority housing sector programs.

KPP funds can be used for land acquisition, building materials, and construction services. Meanwhile, in terms of demand, individual business actors can take advantage of KPP to buy houses, build or renovate their homes to support their business activities.
