New ASN In Bogor Is Advised Not To Be Consumptive And Not Pawn SK

JAKARTA - Bogor Regency Korpri Chairman Ajat Rochmat Jatnika appealed to 9,687 new inaugurated part-time employees not to be consumptive and not to be trapped in the practice of pawning decrees (SK) after officially serving.

Ajat, who is also the Regional Secretary of Bogor Regency, conveyed the appeal after the inauguration of a part-time employee at the Archery Field, Pakansari Stadium area, Cibinong, Friday.

He emphasized that new ASNs need to maintain integrity, including by managing finances wisely so as not to be encouraged to make SK guarantee-based loans that occur in a number of regions.

"An appeal for ASN who are inaugurated today, do not behave consumptively. We still have to serve the community with simplicity," he said, quoting Antara.

Ajat added that even though the employees would later receive a decree, the main orientation would remain in improving public services and being committed to their duties.

He also said that the Bogor Regent emphasized the importance of strengthening the quality of human resources as a long-term regional investment.

"The Regent's message, the best investment in Bogor Regency, is human resource investment. Continue to help the Regent with all his might," said Ajat.

According to him, the discipline and ethics of work are the basis for public services in the area of 6.3 million people. He hopes that all employees will be able to maintain their mandate and not be trapped by risky financial decisions.
