JAKARTA - The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) revealed that the business entity (BU) managing the Vivo Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) almost agreed to buy a base fuel from Pertamina Patra Niaga.
Director General of Oil and Gas (Dirjen Migas) of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Laode Sulaeman said Vivo plans to buy a base fuel of around 100,000 barrels of volume.
"We are negotiating with the Patra Niaga business entity and yesterday we received information that Vivo is approaching," said Laode, Friday, November 7
Laode added that other business entities such as Shell are still in progress. For this reason, he admitted that he would still meet with Shell again to discuss the fuel purchase agreement.
Until now, only BP AKR has reached an agreement to buy Pertamina's base fuel.

Dalam Rapat Dengar Pendapat dengan Komisi XII DPR RI, Direktur Vivo Leonard Mamahit mengatakan stok BBM miliknya hanya akan bertahan hingga pertengahan bulan Oktober.
Adapun stok BBM yang tersisa adalah Revvo 92 atau setara dengan Pertamax milik Pertamina.
Sedangkan BBM Revvo 95 dan Revvo 90 sudah mengalami kekosongan stok.
"Saat ini tinggal Revvo 92 yang akan habis di pertengahan Oktober. Yang Revvo 90 sama 95 sudah habis," jelas Leonard dalam RDP pada 1 Oktober yang lalu.
