There Will Be A Policy Surprise From Prabowo, Nusron Wahid: Wait For The Game Date

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid revealed that there would be a surprise from President Prabowo Subianto regarding the rules for securing state property (BMN) that were processed to the private sector.

Nusron admitted that he had received the directive from President Prabowo Subianto.

"There will be a policy surprise that I cannot announce now and has received direction from the President. However, we will wait for the game date," said Nusron, quoted on Friday, November 7.

The Ministry of ATR/BPN has also submitted a certificate of use rights for assets belonging to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kemenlu), one of which is a grant from the British Empire on the land of the former British Embassy.

"Later, we will tidy up the rest," he said.

Penyerahan sertifikat itu, menurut Nusron, dilakukan agar aset-aset milik negara aman dan memiliki kepastian hukum jelas.

Nantinya, setelah menyerahkan sertifikat hak pakai untuk aset Kemenlu akan dilanjutkan salah satunya ke Kementerian Pertanian (Kementan).

Sebelumnya, Nusron pun telah menyerahkan sertifikat hak pakai untuk aset-aset milik TNI.

The handover of the certificate, according to Nusron, is carried out so that state-owned assets are safe and have clear legal certainty.

Later, after submitting the certificate of use rights for the assets of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, one of them will be continued to the Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan).

Previously, Nusron had also submitted a certificate of use rights for assets belonging to the TNI.
