Political Stability Encourages Economic Optimism, Public Satisfaction With Prabowo' Gibran Reaches 82.44 Percent

JAKARTA The survey results of the Indonesian Research Center (PRI) noted that the level of public satisfaction with the government of President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka reached 82.44 percent.

The high level of public satisfaction is said to reflect confidence in the direction of economic development that is oriented towards people's welfare.

PRI assesses that a number of government programs such as Free Nutrition Food (MBG), People's Schools, free health checks, and strengthening energy and food security are the main factors driving community satisfaction.

The policy of reducing taxes and strengthening cooperatives is also considered effective in maintaining purchasing power and expanding economic access at the bottom.

Economic performance, which is considered positive, also affects the national political map.

The PRI survey noted that the Gerindra Party occupies the top position with an electability of 22.13 percent, followed by Golkar with 17.21 percent.

Executive Director of PRI Deni Yusup said that this trend shows a correlation between political stability and increasing economic optimism.

"High public trust in governance has the potential to strengthen the investment climate and maintain national economic stability amid global challenges," said Deni Yusup.

Survei PRI dilakukan pada 10–20 Oktober 2025 di 38 provinsi dengan 1.200 responden menggunakan metode simple random sampling.
