"It will also be accelerated and it looks ready. So, there is nothing to worry about with this PU Ministry spending," said Purbaya.

"What is important for me is that spending can boost the economy so that our economy can grow faster in the fourth quarter," he continued.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Public Works, Dody Hanggodo, explained that the meeting with the Minister of Finance Purbaya did discuss steps to accelerate budget absorption.

"Today is the arrival of guest Agung, Mr. Minister of Finance. Some time ago our absorption (budget) was low. We discussed how to speed up the absorption of payments from him," explained Dody.

By meeting the Minister of Finance today, Dody hopes that the Ministry of Public Works' budget absorption can reach around 94 percent by the end of the year.

"Peterimally, later we will report to the Minister of Finance, so that my prognosis, which is 94 percent more, can really be achieved," he concluded.
