JAKARTA - Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Purbaya Yudhi Sadive revealed, when President Prabowo Subianto began running populist programs, such as Free Nutrition Food (MBG) to People's Schools, many reaped pros and cons among the community.

"When Pak Prabowo runs the MBG policy, especially populists, people's schools, everything is noisy, right. There must be protests about wasting money to eat, that's it. Even so, said Purbaya, to create high economic growth, these policies and programs alone are not enough, other efforts are also needed.

In Purbaya's presentation, to achieve this strategy can be pursued with various programs. Among other things, socialist economic reform, namely agricultural liberation, a special economic zone for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).

Then, the priority of the strategic sector, namely electronics, steel, automotive and semiconductor. Next, carry out the transformation of high-tech manufacturing (Huawei, BYD, EV).
