Jakarta Food Prices Today: Cayenne Peppers Down, SPHP Rice Rises To IDR 12,551 Per Kg

JAKARTA - The National Food Agency (Bapanas) noted that the price of red cayenne pepper fell to Rp45,031 per kilogram (kg) from the previous Rp46,624 per kg, as well as the price of shallots of Rp38,100 per kg, down from the previous Rp38,454 per kg.

Based on data from the Bapanas Price Panel in Jakarta, Thursday, October 9 at 09.35 WIB, other food prices at the retail trader level nationally are premium rice at a price of Rp. 15,964 per kg, down from the previous Rp. 16,039 per kg.

Then medium rice decreased to Rp13,703 per kg, down from the previous Rp13,936 per kg, Stability rice Supply Food Price (SPHP) Rp12,551 per kg, up from the previous Rp12,549 per kg.

The corn commodity of Tk breeders was recorded at Rp6,480 per kg, down from the previous Rp6,718 per kg; soybeans (imports) Rp10,691 per kg are still the same price from before

Next, garlic at a price of Rp36,537 per kg decreased from the previous day of Rp37,299 per kg.

Furthermore, the curly red chili commodity at a price of Rp. 55,920 per kg decreased from the previous Rp. 59,047 per kg; then large red chili at a price of Rp. 48,288 per kg decreased from the previous Rp. 51,445 per kg.

Then pure beef Rp136,218 per kg increased from the previous Rp135,205 per kg, chicken meat was Rp38,039 per kg, down from the previous Rp38,171 per kg, then chicken eggs were Rp30,155 per kg, down from the previous Rp30,371 per kg.

Meanwhile, consumption sugar at a price of Rp. 17,928 per kg decreased from the previous Rp. 18,149 per kg.

Then, packaged cooking oil of Rp20,684 per liter went up and down previously Rp20,985 per liter; bulk cooking oil of Rp17,403 per liter decreased from the previous Rp17,543 per liter; Oilita Rp17,351 per liter decreased from the previous Rp17,468 per liter.

The commodity of bulge fish at a price of Rp42,666 per kg increased from the previous Rp41,949 per kg; tuna fish Rp35,476 per kg increased from the previous Rp34,758 per kg; milkfish Rp35,706 per kg increased from the previous Rp35,528 per kg.

Selanjutnya, garam konsumsi di harga Rp11.668 per kg turun dari hari sebelumnya Rp11.683 per kg.

Sementara itu, daging kerbau beku (impor) di harga Rp105.822 per kg turun dari sebelumnya Rp106.002 kg, daging kerbau segar lokal Rp136.765 per kg turun dari semula mencapai Rp142.021 per kg.

Furthermore, consumption salt at a price of Rp. 11,668 per kg decreased from the previous day of Rp. 11,683 per kg.

Meanwhile, frozen buffalo (import) at a price of Rp105,822 per kg decreased from the previous Rp106,002 kg, local fresh buffalo meat of Rp136,765 per kg decreased from the original to Rp142,021 per kg.
