JAKARTA - The construction of the Bogor 'Serpong' Toll Road via Parung is confirmed to start immediately after the signing of the Toll Road Concession Agreement (PPJT), the Agreement for Guarantee and Regres Agreement by the Ministry of Public Works (PU) and a number of Toll Road Business Entities (BUJT) today.
Head of the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) of the Ministry of Public Works, Wilan Oktavian, said that the construction of the Bogor 'Serpong' Toll Road via Parung would begin with land acquisition starting in early 2026.
Construction is targeted to begin in October 2026 and is targeted for completion in August 2028.

The toll road is designed with a standard speed of 100 km per hour, with an estimated travel time of about 45 minutes. The toll road has a lane width of 3.6 meters and in the early stages it has a 2x2 lane configuration.
Later the capacity will be developed into 2x3 lanes in line with future mobility growth.
In terms of financing, total development investment reached IDR 12.35 trillion. The funds include technical planning, land acquisition, construction to operation, and all without using the APBN.

The Bogor 'Serpong' toll road via Parung is part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road 3 (JORR 3) network. Later, the section will be connected to existing toll roads, namely the Serpong 'Balaraja Toll Road to the west, the Bogor Ring Road Toll Road in Bogor and the Depok' Antasari Toll Road.
In the next development, the toll road will also be connected to the West Sentul Toll Road.
