JAKARTA - The Anagata Nusantara Power Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara) confirmed that the Danantara patriot bond had been sold out by conglomerates in the country.

This was revealed by Danantara Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Rosan Perkasa Roeslani when met at the BKPM office, Jakarta, Wednesday, October 1.

Rosan explained that the patriot bond had run out, aka fully subscribed, in accordance with the target set by his party, which was IDR 50 trillion.

He said the funds would be disbursed to fund waste management projects into energy or waste to energy (WTE) through the Development of Waste Power (PLTSa).

"Patriot bond, thank God, in accordance with the target of IDR 50 trillion, full subscribe, yes, and we will use the funds for waste to energy. So, indeed in line, the funds are also ready, it's done, come in," said Rosan.

After launching the waste to energy project on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, said Rosan, the next step is to conduct a project tender which is targeted to take place in October 2025.

"Then we waste to energy launched. So, hopefully by the end of October we will start the tender process for waste to energy. So, patriot bonds have been completed," he said.

When further confirmed regarding 46 companies recorded on the Danish patriot bond list circulating in the public recently, Rosan did not provide a clear answer. He only reiterated that the patriot bond had been achieved.

"Yes, basically the funds have been fully achieved IDR 50 trillion, that's what I can convey. The focus is waste to energy and also new and renewable energy for these projects," he added.

Previously, a set of documents circulated regarding 46 lists of Indonesian conglomerates as investors from Patriot Bond issued by Danantara. From these documents, IDR 51.75 trillion was raised as of September 2025.

In the document, the names of Anthony Salim, Prajogo Pangestu, Sugianto Kusuma, Franky Widjaja, Boy Thohir and Edwin Soeryadjaya, Budi Hartono and Low Tuck Kwong became the top positions by buying patriot bonds worth IDR 3 trillion.

The rest, there are the names James Riady, Hilmi Panigoro, Gunawan Lim and Eddy Sariaatmadja by buying patriot bonds worth IDR 1.5 trillion each.
