Beware Of Traffic Jams, The Repair Of GT In Cawang 'Pluit' Inner City Is Still Ongoing

JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk through the Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad Regional Division (JMT) is again on standby to carry out traffic engineering on the Jakarta Inner City Toll Road. The reason is, until Sunday, September 28, the toll road repair work on the Cawang 'Pluit' Toll Road is still ongoing.

Senior General Manager of JMT Widiyatmiko Nursejati explained, Jasa Marga continues to coordinate with the police to support smooth traffic as well as make traffic engineering efforts in the event of a density.

One of them is by preparing sodetan before GT Semanggi 1 and GT Semanggi 2 which can be operated by mobile reader as an emergency toll gate if needed in a high traffic density situation.

"We will continue to coordinate with the police to keep traffic services optimal," said Widiyatmiko in his official statement, quoted Monday, September 29.

As an anticipatory measure, Jasa Marga also continues to alert additional officers in the field, increasing the use of mobile reader at toll gates to increase transaction capacity at toll gates that are still operating partially.

As for Saturday, September 27, several toll gates have been closed again in order to optimize column directions and toll gate roofs.

The following is a list of toll gates on the Jakarta Inner City Toll Road which are still temporarily closed:

GT Semanggi 1 And Semanggi 2:

GT Slipi 2:

For this reason, Jasa Marga urges road users to take advantage of alternative routes, such as the JORR 2 toll road network which is connected to a number of toll roads in the Jabodetabek area.
