Implementation Of Sustainable Governance, Risk Management, And Compliance, Danamon Achieves Award At The Top GRC Awards 2025

JAKARTA - PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Danamon', IDX: BDMN) received the Top GRC Awards 2025 in Jakarta on Monday 8 September. This award is given to companies that are considered to have the complete system and infrastructure of corporate governance, risk management, and compliance (governance, risk, and compliance or GRC) which is good and successful in implementing good corporate governance or GCG), risk management and compliance, and supporting sustainable business performance achievements.

At its event this year, Danamon received the TOP GRC Award 4 Star (Very Good). On the same occasion, the President Director of Danamon, D. Ejima, received the 2025 The Most Committed GRC Leader award.

D. Ejima, President Director of Danamon, said that the award received was a form of the company's commitment to implementing good corporate governance at all levels of organization, from company leaders, to being an inseparable part of the company culture owned by every individual working at Danamon.

The Top GRC Awards have been held since 2019 by Top Business Magazine, collaborating with a number of institutions/experts in the field of governance, risk management, and compliance. This year, 134 companies followed an independent assessment by a jury consisting of business practitioners, academics, and professional associations, an increase of 20% from the previous year. This year, the Top GRC Awards brought the theme Resilience to Sustainability: Leading Through GRC. This theme emphasizes the importance of GRC as a strategic tool to deal with uncertainty and encourage sustainable business growth.
