JAKARTA - Manulife Wealth & Asset Management and Schroder Investment Management Limited jointly announced the signing of the agreement, in which PT Manulife Aset Manajemen Indonesia (MAMI) will acquire PT Schroder Investment Management Indonesia (Schroders Indonesia).

Transactions are expected to be completed after all certain closure requirements are met, including approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and the two companies will continue to operate independently and maintain compliance with applicable regulations until the acquisition process is complete.
