This time, nearly 200 assisted MSMEs were facilitated to obtain halal certification, BPOM, and Intellectual Property Rights (HKI) through the Kick Off MSME Certification activity which was held at the Aston Pasteur Hotel, Bandung.

This activity is a strategic step for PT KAI in supporting fostered MSMEs to have a 'passor' towards modern markets, national retail, and export opportunities. With official certification, MSMEs are expected to be more resilient, competitive, and ready to penetrate the international market as world-class MSMEs.

In the modern trade era, certification has a vital role. Halal certificates increase consumer confidence, BPOM distribution permits guarantee product quality and security, while HKI protection keeps MSMEs' works high and sustainable economic value.

This Kick Off also presents strategic materials regarding the importance of product certification, HKI protection, to the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) from the perspective of consumer protection law. This material was conveyed by the CEO of the Palangka Raya BUMN House, Ir. Yanto Karnosaputra, ST., MBA., IPM.

In addition, inspirational talk shows with the theme Collaboration of Creativity & BUMN Support for Economic Independence and Sustainability of MSMEs Fostered by PT KAI were also held, guided by Mrs. Winy Windya Hapsary, SST., MM. Talkshow presents speakers for Mrs. Lira Krisnalisa (CCO & Owner Jenna &Kaia) and Mr. Sandra Pridaswara (Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility of PT KAI) who provides insight into certification strategies, branding, and digital innovation as MSME accelerators towards the global market.

Vice President of Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility of PT KAI, Sandra Pridaswara, emphasized that this certification facilitation is part of TJSL and CSR KAI's long-term strategies.

"Halal certification, BPOM, and HKI are not just administrative requirements, but future gates. With strong legality, strong branding, and digital innovation, KAI's fostered MSMEs are ready to be part of the global economic chain and move towards world-class MSMEs," he said.

Meanwhile, the CEO of the Bandung BUMN House, A Radinal Pramudha Sirat said that this activity was a real step to strengthen the MSME ecosystem.

"The BUMN house is here to ensure that MSMEs do not run alone. With assistance, certification, and the network, we hope that the MSMEs fostered by PT KAI will become tough players in the national market and are ready to advance to the global level. Collaboration with PT KAI and other BUMN houses is collective energy to lift Indonesian MSMEs to the world stage," he said.
