DMAS Raup Pre-Sales Rp580 Billion, Data Center Becomes Main Support

JAKARTA - Sinar Mas Group issuer, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) as the developer of the Kota Deltamas industrial area recorded pre-sales or marketing sales of IDR 580 billion in the first semester of 2025.

DMAS Director and Corporate Secretary Tondy Suwanto said pre-sales in the first semester of 2025 had reached around 32 percent of the target this year.

"The pre-sales achievement in this period is dominated by the data center and FMCG industry sector, with a contribution of 69 percent to the data center sector," Tondy said in the Public Expose Live 2025, Wednesday, September 10.

Tondy said that in the midst of global economic uncertainty, there is still a high demand for DMAS industrial land.

"There is a demand for industrial land of around 75 hectares with a composition of more than half coming from the data center sector," he said.

Along with the high demand for industrial land, said Tondy, the company continues to strive to provide services to all consumers. As of early 2025, Security, Fire and Command Center (SFCC) in the GIIC area of Deltamas City has been operating.

He said the SFCC was specifically intended for security surveillance control centers in the Deltamas City area and anticipated the handling of other emergencies directly based on data and technology.

In addition, as a form of support for the 2060 Net Zero Emission (NZE) target and in realizing the Zero Run Off Water Discharge government program, the company has also operated an internal Water Treatment Plant (WTP) for managing and processing water independently.

Furthermore, Tondy said, in early 2025, the company had operated the Integrated Waste Disposal Site (TPST) by carrying out the principle of Zero Waste.

TPST tersebut menerapkan teknologi Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF), yang mana sampah organik dan non-organik akan dikelola menjadi kompos mentah dan biomassa serta untuk sampah kemasan botol plastik bekas terpilih akan dikirim dan dijadikan bahan baku pada pabrik semen yang bekerja sama.

"Perseroan juga terus berkomitmen meningkatkan fasilitas dan memberikan layanan untuk mewujudkan Kota Deltamas sebagai sebuah kawasan terpadu modern ramah lingkungan dan sebagai pusat aktivitas regional di timur Jakarta," ucap dia.

Adapun pemegang saham mayoritas dan pengendali dari DMAS adalah PT Sumber Arusmulia sebesar 57,28 persen yang merupakan bagian dari Sinar Mas Land dan Sojitz Corporation sebesar 25,00 persen, perusahaan general trading dari Jepang.

The TPST applies the Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) technology, where organic and non-organic waste will be managed into raw compost and biomass as well as for packaged waste for selected used plastic bottles will be sent and used as raw material for the same cement factory.

"The company also continues to be committed to improving facilities and providing services to create Kota Deltamas as an environmentally friendly modern integrated area and as a regional activity center in eastern Jakarta," he said.

The majority and controlling shareholder of DMAS is PT Sumber Arusmulia at 57.28 percent, which is part of Sinar Mas Land and Sojitz Corporation at 25.00 percent, a general trading company from Japan.
