Analyst: Gas Stations Are Maintained, Evidence Of Community Trust In Pertamina

JAKARTA - The maintenance of all Pertamina fuel supply chain infrastructure, including gas stations, has received a positive assessment. Trisakti University Public Policy Analyst, Trubus Rahadiansyah, believes that the conducive gas stations in the middle of demonstrations some time ago are proof that public trust in BUMN energy continues to strengthen.

In this condition that is maintained, Trubus also gave appreciation to the public, Pertamina, and also the apparatus.

"The condition of gas stations is safe, not only because of the progress of supervision and protection from Pertamina. In addition, it is also thanks to the improvement of services that make people satisfied and confident," Trubus told the media today, Tuesday, September 9.

According to Trubus, public satisfaction with Pertamina cannot be separated from improving gas station-SPBU services as one of the spearheads of community services in the energy sector. According to Trubus, the satisfaction felt with the gas station service is not only related to quality, competitive prices, but also alert services. In fact, even during demonstrations, Pertamina's distribution continued to run smoothly.

Currently, these gas stations tend to be fast and disciplined so that they are satisfying and do not harm the community. Therefore, during yesterday's action, Pertamina's gas stations and energy facilities remained safe," he said.

Trubus said Pertamina's services continued to increase, among others, because of the application of digital technology. Moreover, he added, the digitization has been integrated with various operational systems.

"This integrated digitalization is what I underline, which makes people satisfied. And this satisfaction, now seems to have transformed into a sense of belonging. No wonder people consciously help maintain Pertamina's fuel supply chain facilities," explained Trubus.

Likewise, Trubus said, public awareness must be maintained and grown. Including an understanding of the importance of energy such as fuel, as a basic need.

Previously, the basic needs were food, drink and housing. Now, without fuel, people cannot move. That has become an understanding that is embedded in the awareness of today's society," concluded Trubus.

Pertamina's various fuel distribution networks, including gas stations during demonstrations some time ago, were fairly conducive. PT Pertamina (Persero) ensures that the operation of energy distribution to the community continues to run normally. Public Fuel Filling Stations (SPBU), Agents, Bases, Sub Bases, and Sales outlets of Subsidized and Non-Subsidized LPG continue to carry out their activities in serving the community's energy needs optimally.

Vice President of Corporate Communication of PT Pertamina (Persero) Fadjar Djoko Santoso said at that time, Pertamina Group continued to monitor and coordinate to ensure energy distribution runs smoothly. In addition to direct monitoring at the operation site, Pertamina also conducts digital monitoring for all energy supply chains from upstream to downstream through Pertamina Digital Hub, namely the integrated data center Pertamina which can be monitored in real-time.
