The activity which took place on Thursday, August 28 was attended by the management and members of IAMKRI, expert Lean Construction Mr. Do, who came from USA, as well as representatives of PTPP project management. Through this visit, the participants got the opportunity to directly observe the management practice of large-scale office building projects as well as explore the implementation of the efficiency principle which is a characteristic of Lean Construction.
Chairman of IAMKRI, Prof. Ir. Muhamad Abduh, MT, Ph.D, said that this visit was an important part of efforts to develop practical knowledge while strengthening inter-professional collaboration in the construction sector.

We hope that this activity will not only provide real learning, but also be an inspiration in formulating policies and encouraging lean work culture in construction projects throughout Indonesia," said Prof. Abduh.
In the implementation of Lean Construction, PTPP's BRI Ragunan Project received appreciation from Mr. Do as Expert in Lean Construction from USA.

The BRI Ragunan project was chosen because of its significant and relevant scale to study cases of the application of Lean Construction, ranging from time management efficiency, resource utilization, to collaboration between work teams.
