PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (Summarecon) further strengthens the company's social commitment by launching the Public Facilities Surgery program (School Renovation, Health Centers and Other Infrastructures) as well as the Surgeon program (Renovation) 500 Houses in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas of the Republic of Indonesia, the Provincial Government of West Java, and the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation of Indonesia.

The launch of this program was officially carried out on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at SDN Harapan Mulya 1 Bekasi City which was attended by the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas of the Republic of Indonesia Maruarar Sirait, Governor of West Java Dedi Mulyadi and his staff, Deputy Chairperson of the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation Indonesia, Sugianto Kusuma along with volunteers from the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation Indonesia, Commissioner of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk., Liliawati Rahardjo, President Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk., Adrianto P. Adhi, along with Commissioner and Directors Summarecon, and residents of aid recipients.

This activity is part of the corporate social responsibility initiative (CSR) which is used as momentum in the series of events for Summarecon's 50th Anniversary.

President Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, Adrianto P. Adhi said. His party carried out CSR activities in the form of renovations of uninhabitable houses in Bekasi Regency and City. A total of 500 houses were renovated as part of the 4,000 Houses Surgeon Program initiated by the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation Indonesia.

"Summarecon participated through the invitation of the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation Indonesia by choosing the Bekasi City and Regency area as the location of the implementation. This program is also in line with the Government Priority Program run by the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas of the Republic of Indonesia," he explained.

This program will be carried out in stages until 2045 by renovating 11 facilities in the first year, and in the following year renovating 2 facilities each year to reach a total of 50 public facilities.

The Surgeon 500 House program was carried out by dividing 250 units in 11 sub-districts of Bekasi City and 250 units in 13 sub-districts of Bekasi Regency. The implementation of this program is based on data on uninhabitable houses obtained from the Bekasi City and Regency Governments.
