The Capital Archipelago Authority (OIKN) will continue construction of road projects in the Central Government Core Area (KIPP) 1A. In its report, the project was auctioned with a construction value of IDR 1.2 trillion.

Referring to the Inaproc Electronic Procurement System (SPSE) page, the KIPP 1A Supporting Area Road auction at IKN starts on August 5, 2025. Currently, the auction process has entered the stage of announcing prequalification.

The project will be worked on with a multi-year contract (MYC) contract financing mechanism sourced from the 2025-2027 State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN).

In the documents distributed, the length of implementation of the KIPP 1A Supporting Area Road Development has reached 5.39 kilometers (km). Through this development, it is hoped that it will increase connectivity support at KIPP IKN.

The full period of work implementation will begin in September 2025 and is targeted for completion in December 2027.

The time/term for the work is calculated from the start date as stipulated in the Work Start Order (SPMK), which time is provided to complete the work except for the implementation of road and bridge performance maintenance for each scope as slow as 750 calendar days.

"For the implementation of the implementation of the KIPP 1A Complex Road construction package, a fee of Rp1.20 trillion is required and is financed from the source of the State Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2027," wrote the short description document for the construction package, quoted Wednesday, August 13.

Meanwhile, the total that is currently participating in the project procurement auction has reached 45 participants to date. The tender winner announcement process will be carried out on September 30, 2025.

"Through the construction of this road, it is hoped that an infrastructure development will be realized which can encourage economic growth to improve the quality of life of the community and the realization of sustainable development," explained the description document.
