JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto issued Presidential Instruction (Inpres) Number 11 of 2025 concerning the Acceleration of Increasing Regional Road Connectivity to Support Food and Energy Swasembada. The Presidential Instruction was issued on June 23, 2025.

The budget for the implementation of Presidential Instruction Number 11 of 2025 or known as Regional Road Inpres (IJD) is set at IDR 4 trillion this year.

As of July 15, 2025, the Ministry of Public Works has received 2,995 proposed regional road projects out of 515 local governments.
In the Presidential Instruction, the President instructed 8 parties, namely coordinating ministers, technical ministers and all governors and regents/mayors, to take coordinated and integrated steps.
