JAKARTA - BPJS Ketenagakerjaan continues to innovate to improve service quality to participants. One of the latest breakthroughs is the presence of a Periodic Pension Security (JP) confirmation feature through the Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) application, which makes it easier for beneficiaries to carry out the verification process without having to come to the branch office every three months.

Head of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Cilincing, Rita Mariana, said this service is part of digital transformation which aims to provide convenience and time efficiency for participants, especially beneficiaries of Periodic Pension Guarantee.

"Participants simply come once to the branch office for JMO account registration and activation of the JP Berkala service. Furthermore, data confirmation per three months can be done directly from home through the JMO application. This greatly saves time, energy, and of course makes it easier for participants," explained Rita in Jakarta, Tuesday, July 8.

As a massive effort to expand the use of digital services, all BPJS Ketenagakerjaan branches in the DKI Jakarta area, including Jakarta Cilincing, have carried out a Completion Massive JP activity Periodic to beneficiaries on Saturday, June 21, 2025.

This transformation is in line with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan's commitment to shifting services from manual to digital systems, in order to provide a faster, more precise, and transparent service experience.

Digital transformation is a necessity. We want to ensure that participants in the North Jakarta area also get easy, fast, and safe service access," added Rita.

Throughout January to June 2025, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Cilincing has distributed the benefits of Pension Security of IDR 2.5 billion to beneficiaries.

As for April 30, 2025, 16,045 participants or heirs have activated the JP Scale confirmation feature through the JMO application, and 5,601 confirmed submissions have been processed through the digital channel.

"We will continue to educate and encourage participants to switch to digital services. This is not only a matter of convenience, but also as a form of sustainable protection and social services," concluded Rita.
