JAKARTA - Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KP) Sakti Wahyu Trenggono proposed an additional budget for 2026 of IDR 22.11 trillion.

Meanwhile, the effective ceiling of the budget received by the KKP is IDR 3.61 trillion for next year.

Trenggono explained that the effective ceiling for the 2026 fiscal year comes from pure rupiah, Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP), Public Service Agency (BLU), State Sharia Securities (SBSN) of IDR 3.3 trillion and a budget sourced from foreign grants worth IDR 278 billion.

"KKP received an indicative ceiling for the 2026 budget year of around Rp3.61 trillion, with details of the allocation of effective ceilings sourced from pure rupiah, PNBP, BLU, SBSN of Rp3.3 trillion which maintains minimum personnel spending, maintains office operational spending needs, maintains education services," Trenggono said in a Working Meeting with Commission IV of the Indonesian House of Representatives at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday, July 7.

"The proposal for additional fulfillment of personnel spending, public services for duties and functions, (we) propose a budget of around Rp. 8.99 trillion which will be allocated for personnel expenditures of Rp. 399.66 billion for the fulfillment of CPNS and PPPK salaries which will be appointed in 2025, but have not yet entered the 2025 indicative ceiling," he said.

Then, for office operational expenditures amounting to Rp565.36 billion in 176 work units (Satker).

The operational expenditure of the monitoring vessel reached IDR 980.70 billion for 180 operational days.

Meanwhile, the expenditure for education operations was IDR 125.67 billion in 16 Satkers.
