JAKARTA - The Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs held the Coordination Meeting of the Indonesian Steering Committee National Single Window (INSW) to strengthen synergy and collaboration between Ministries/Institutions (K/L) in creating integrated and digitalized export-import public services.
The INSW Steering Committee Coordination Meeting is mandated by Presidential Regulation Number 44 of 2018 concerning Indonesia National Single Window which regulates policy harmonization and synchronization of related inter-K/L business processes.
Secretary of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs Susiwijono Moegiarso said that this meeting was a forum for evaluating the achievements of 2024 as well as discussing strategic plans for 2025.
He added that one of the main focuses is the alignment of policies and increasing the effectiveness of services through the use of integrated digital technology.
"Following up on the previous INSW Steering Committee Coordination Meeting on December 12, 2024, today we evaluate the progress report from LNSW and discuss strategic issues with related Ministries/Institutions in the context of implementing the implementation of this INSW system," he said in his statement, Saturday, July 5.
He said, there were several strategic issues in 2024 that were discussed in the meeting, namely the formation of the Single Window Service Unit (ULSW), port code, Indonesia Single Risk Management (ISRM), Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
Then, data exchange governance, joint communication channels, Single Submission Export integration with e-SKA, the position of INSW on the implementation of risk-based business licensing and the concept of Logistics Presidential Decree, mandatory application system for Special Economic Zones (KEK).
Furthermore, the addition of the scope of the Mineral and Coal Information System (SIMBARA), identification of dual use items, SIMIRAH integration to INATRADE and SINSW with the adoption of the SIMBARA mechanism, as well as improving system security in tackling the occurrence of cyber attacks.
"We express our gratitude to LNSW and related Ministries/Institutions for the synergy and collaboration in the implementation of this INSW system, so that some of the targets can be achieved," he said.
Then, he conveyed that for 2025, the government is targeting to strengthen the implementation of risk management systems in Ministries/Institutions for the effectiveness of supervision and services by formulating risk parameters related to exports, imports, and logistics according to their respective business processes.
