JAKARTA - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BRI continues to strengthen its role as a strategic partner of the Government in providing tangible benefits for the community and improving workers' welfare in a sustainable manner.
One tangible manifestation of BRI's commitment to supporting the government's strategic program is reflected in its participation in the distribution of Wage Subsidy Assistance (BSU). In 2025, BRI is again trusted as a BSU channeling bank, which is intended to maintain workers' purchasing power in meeting their daily needs as a result of rising prices.

The presence of BRImo super apps, e-channels to BRILink Agents in the community makes the process of disbursing funds easier, faster, and inclusive, even in areas that have not been reached by branch offices.
It should be noted that the 2025 Wage Subsidy Assistance (BSU) program was rolled out by the Government as one of the steps to strengthen the national economic stimulus. Based on data from the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, the Government provided BSU worth IDR 300,000 per month to 17.3 million workers with a salary of less than IDR 3.5 million per month or below the provincial/district/city minimum wage.
