JAKARTA - The National Food Agency (Bapanas) noted that the price of shallots at the consumer level reached Rp39,798 per kilogram (kg) compared to the previous Rp41,018 per kg, while red cayenne pepper was Rp50,523 per kg, down from the previous Rp51,861 per kg.

Quoting Antara, based on data from the Bakanas Price Panel in Jakarta, Saturday at 10.00 WIB, other food prices at the retail level nationally, premium rice at a price of Rp. 15,755 per kg rose slightly from the previous price of Rp. 15,723 per kg.

Then, medium rice at a price of Rp. 13,917 per kg decreased slightly from the previous day of Rp. 13,992 per kg; then Bulog's rice supply stability and food prices (SPHP) at a price of Rp. 12,516 per kg decreased from the previous Rp. 12,566 per kg.

The corn commodity of Tk breeders was recorded at Rp5,991 per kg, down from the previous Rp6,186 per kg; soybeans (imports) at a price of Rp10,878 per kg decreased from the previous recorded Rp10,829 kg.

Next, garlic at a price of Rp40,041 per kg decreased slightly from the previous day, it was recorded at Rp40,045 per kg.

Furthermore, the curly red chili commodity at a price of Rp43,293 per kg decreased from the previous record of Rp44,478 per kg; then large red chili at a price of Rp45,066 per kg decreased from the previous day recorded at Rp46,621 per kg.

Badanas also noted that pure beef commodities at a price of Rp. 135,278 per kg increased from previously recorded at Rp. 135,091 per kg, broiler meat of Rp. 34,415 per kg decreased from the previous Rp. 35,043 per kg, then chicken eggs of Rp. 28,994 per kg decreased slightly from the previous Rp. 29,222 per kg.

Sugar consumption at a price of Rp. 18,510 per kg increased from the previous record of Rp. 18,482 per kg.

Then, the price of packaged cooking oil at a price of Rp. 20,591 per liter decreased from the previous record of Rp. 20,835 per liter; bulk cooking oil at a price of Rp. 17,462 per liter decreased from the previous record of Rp. 17,678 per liter; Oilita at a price of Rp. 17,460 per liter fell slightly from the previous level of Rp. 17,534 per liter.

Furthermore, bulk flour at a price of Rp. 9,737 per kg decreased from the previous record of Rp. 9,787 per kg; then packaged flour at a price of Rp. 12,850 per kg decreased from the previous Rp. 13,005 per kg.
