Beef Price IDR 134,775 Per Kg, Red Cayenne Pepper IDR 51,355 Per Kg

JAKARTA - The National Food Agency (Bapanas) noted that the price of pure beef was IDR 134,775 per kilogram (kg) from the previous IDR 133,389 per kg, while red cayenne pepper was IDR 51,355 per kg, up from the previous day IDR 50,450 per kg.

Based on data from the Bapanas Price Panel in Jakarta, Sunday at 10.00 WIB, other food prices at the retail level nationally, premium rice at a price of Rp. 15,694 per kg, remain stable from the previous Rp. 15,694 per kg.

Then, medium rice at a price of Rp. 13,820 per kg decreased slightly from the previous day of Rp. 13,896 per kg; then Bulog's rice supply stability and food prices (SPHP) at a price of Rp. 12,625 per kg increased slightly from the previous Rp. 12,593 per kg.

The corn commodity of Tk breeders was recorded at Rp6,103 per kg, down from the previous Rp6,126 per kg; soybeans (imports) at a price of Rp10,861 per kg, up from the previous recorded Rp10,809 kg.

Next onion Rp38,180 per kg decreased from the previous Rp38,994 per kg, garlic at a price of Rp39,718 per kg decreased from the previous day recorded at Rp40,031 per kg.

Furthermore, the curly red chili commodity at a price of Rp46,615 per kg decreased from the previous record of Rp46,750 per kg; then large red chili at a price of Rp46,825 per kg decreased from the previous day recorded at Rp48,119 per kg.

Badanas also noted that chicken meat commodities were Rp35,525 per kg, down from the previous Rp35,772 per kg, then chicken eggs were Rp28,938 per kg, down slightly from the previous Rp29,181 per kg.

Sugar consumption at a price of Rp. 18,419 per kg fell slightly from the price on the previous day, which was recorded at Rp. 18,439 per kg.

Then, the price of packaged cooking oil at a price of Rp. 20,591 per liter slightly increased from the previous record of Rp. 20,717 per liter; bulk cooking oil at a price of Rp. 17,561 per liter decreased from the previous record of Rp. 17,809 per liter; Oilita at a price of Rp. 17,484 per liter fell slightly from the previous level of Rp. 17,559 per liter.

Furthermore, bulk flour at a price of Rp. 9,733 per kg decreased from the previous record of Rp. 9,774 per kg; then packaged flour at a price of Rp. 12,731 per kg decreased slightly from the previous Rp. 12,942 per kg.

Next, the bulge fish commodity at a price of Rp40,965 per kg increased from the previous record of Rp40,397 per kg; tuna fish at a price of 33,685 per kg decreased from the previous Rp33,792 per kg; then milkfish at a price of Rp33,561 per kg decreased from the previous Rp34,289 per kg.

Furthermore, consumption salt at a price of Rp. 11,531 per kg decreased slightly compared to the previous price of Rp. 11,587 per kg.

Meanwhile, frozen buffalo (import) at a price of Rp103,002 per kg decreased from the previous Rp105,145 kg; local fresh buffalo at a price of Rp139,167 per kg decreased from the previous Rp144,762 per kg.
