96,974 Vehicles Passing Cikampek Via MBZ On The Long Holiday Of The Increase In Jesus Christ

PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek accumulated 96,974 vehicles heading towards Cikampek via Jalan Layang Mohamed Bin Zayed (MBZ) from D-1 to D+1 long holiday in 2025 related to the Independence Day of Jesus Christ.

GM Operations and Maintenance at PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek Desti Anggraeni said the monitoring showed that there was still an increase in the volume of vehicles until D+1 Hari Raya the Ascension of Jesus Christ or until Friday 30 May 2025.

"In total there are 96,974 vehicles for three days of monitoring or an increase of 29.23 percent of normal traffic as many as 75,038 vehicles," he said in Bekasi, Saturday, May 31.

He said vehicles passing the MBZ Flyover from Jakarta to Cikampek on D-1 The increase in Jesus Christ was recorded at 34,425 vehicles, while on D day there were 34,717 vehicles and 27,832 vehicles crossing the same section on D+1.

His party also recorded the total volume of vehicles coming from the direction of Cikampek to Jakarta via the MBZ Flyover section during the same period, namely D-1 to D+1 of the holiday of the Ascension of Jesus Christ.

"It was observed that there were 74,863 vehicles or an increase of 11.36 percent compared to normal traffic as many as 67,224 vehicles," he said.

In line with the high volume of vehicles returning to Jakarta, his party continues to urge road users crossing the MBZ Flyover section to always prioritize safety.

"Make sure the driver and vehicle are in top condition, ensure sufficient power and fuel oil and always comply with signs and directions from officers," he said.
