"The evaluation and adjustment of tariffs is carried out regularly every two years based on the influence of inflation which in this period is recorded at 3.55 percent and the results of the evaluation of the fulfillment of SPM," he continued.
Oemi said that this tariff adjustment was not just a nominal change, but was a sustainable commitment to improving infrastructure services and quality.
According to him, a number of efforts to improve toll road services have been made, such as repainting road markings, installing and rejuvenating guardrails, painting median concrete barriers to revitalizing pedestrian bridges and overpasses.
"We also carry out regional beautification through landscape arrangement and reforestation in loop areas as well as signage development to strengthen the aesthetic image and identity of toll roads," he said.
As part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) 2 network, the Kunciran 'Serpong Toll Road plays an important role in connecting the west and south of Jakarta as well as other strategic areas, such as the Jakarta 'Tangerang, Cengkareng' Batuceper Toll Road Kunciran, Pondok Aren' Serpong and Serpong' Cinere.
