JAKARTA - PT Hutama Panorama Sitinjak Lauik (HPSL) formed by the Consortium PT Hutama Karya (Persero) and PT Hutama Karya Infrastruktur (HKI) carried out the groundbreaking or groundbreaking for the construction of the Panorama I Flyover (Sittinak Lauik I) in Lubuk Paraku, Padang City, Saturday, May 3, 2025.

"After this groundbreaking, HPSL will continue the tender process for implementing contractors and complete the design preparation which is followed by the construction process," he said.
HPSL Director, Michael AP Rumenser, explained that this project has entered a formal phase with the issuance of a Work Start Order (SPMK) on April 14, 2025, which marks the start of the KPBU effective date so that the preparation for the construction of this project is officially underway.
"After the effective date of April 14, 2025, the Directorate General of Highways as the Person in Charge of the Cooperation Project (PJPK) will process land acquisition," he said.
Meanwhile, Deputy Chairman of Commission VI of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Andre Rosiade, also provided support for this strategic project and stated the importance of accelerating infrastructure development for West Sumatra Province.
