The Minister Of PKP Will Discuss Residential Residential Affairs At IKN With The Head Of OIKN And Coordinating Minister For IPK

JAKARTA - Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait (Ara) will meet with the Coordinating Minister for Regional Infrastructure and Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono and the Head of the Archipelago Capital Authority (OIKN) Basuki Hadimuljono to discuss residential projects in IKN, East Kalimantan.

"We will talk to Pak Basuki later. We had time to build several residential towers yesterday, later we will talk, and I will ask Mr. Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) later so that we have a clear agreement," Ara said as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, April 17.

Ara hopes that the meeting with the Head of OIKN and the Coordinating Minister for GPA is planned to be open and can be covered by journalists no later than the end of this month.

"Please schedule it with Pak Basuki and Pak AHY, so that we can talk about IKN, what our position is. We will inform reporters later," he said.

For information, the Head of the Archipelago Capital Authority (OIKN) Basuki Hadimuljono said that the construction of Phase II IKN for the period 2025-2029 had begun, in an effort to realize the City of the Archipelago as the capital of politics.

Dalam pembangunan periode 2025-2029 ini telah dialokasikan anggaran dari APBN sebesar Rp48,8 triliun dengan target menyelesaikan complex legislatif, judiktif, ekosistem pendukung, dan untuk membuka akses menuju IKN wilayah rencana (WP) 2.

A large budget will also be used to maintain and manage the infrastructure and facilities in IKN that have been completed, because maintenance is also important to keep assets in good condition.

In addition to the allocation of IDR 48.8 trillion, OIKN also has a program with a budget financed through the cooperation of the government and business entities (KPBU), the value reaches IDR 60.93 trillion, including that it will be used to build 97 apartment towers and 129 more landed houses.

Then for the six PPP projects for road construction and multi utility tunnels (MUT) along 138.6 km in the Central Government Core Area (KIPP) which has only been carried out in part, there is also one KPBU project for solar power plants (PLTS).
