JAKARTA - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) announced that cash withdrawal transactions through BCA Electronic Data Capture (EDC) at the 'Cash BCA) merchant outlet outlet will be charged an administrative fee of IDR 4,000 per transaction.
BCA's EVP Corporate Communication & Social Responsibility, Hera F. Haryn said, this rule came into effect on Wednesday, February 5.
"Starting February 5, 2025, cash withdrawal transactions through EDC BCA at the BCA Cash outlet will be charged the administration of merchants of Rp. 4,000/transaction," he said in a statement to the media, Saturday, March 8.

He explained that the BCA Cash facility available at various merchants is an alternative cash withdrawal for customers. Cash withdrawals through the BCA ATM network and BCA branch offices can be done free of charge.
"The cost of the merchants administration only applies to BCA Cash facilities and does not apply to other transactions," he explained.
This fee will be added directly from the value of the cash withdrawal transaction made.
