Evaluation Of All Business Processes, Pertamina Forms Crisis Center

JAKARTA - PT Pertamina (Persero) formed a Crisis Center Team to evaluate the entire company's business processes. Pertamina's President Director, Simon Aloysius Mantiri, said that this evaluation process will prioritize evaluation in operational aspects to improve corporate governance.

"We have formed a Crisis Center Team to evaluate the entire business process, especially from the operational aspect," Simon said at a press conference in Jakarta, Monday, March 3.

Simon added, with the Crisis Center Team, his party is committed to improving Pertamina's governance for much better.

As Pertamina's supreme leader, Simon also ensured that he would be at the forefront of restoring public trust in this state-owned energy company.

"Once again representing the Pertamina Family, we apologize profusely to all Indonesian people. We will improve ourselves and improve ourselves," said Simon.

It is known that the Attorney General's Office (AGO) has named nine suspects in the alleged corruption case in the management of crude oil and refinery products at PT Pertamina Subholding and Cooperation Contract Contractors (KKKS) in 2018 2023.

The suspects named by the AGO include Riva Siahaan (RS) as President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sani Dinar Saifuddin (SDS) as Director of Feedstock and Product Optimization of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, Yoki Firnandi (YF) as President Director of PT Pertamina International Shipping, Agus Purwono (AP) as VP Feedstock Management of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, Maya Kusmaya (MK) as Director of Central and Niaga Marketing of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, and Edward Corne (EC) as VP Trading Operations of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.

Other suspects, namely Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza (MKAR) as the beneficial owner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa, Dimas Werhaspati (DW) as the Commissioner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa as well as Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim, and Gading Ramadhan Joedo (GRJ) as Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritime and President Director of PT Orbit Terminal Merak.
