JAKARTA - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) recorded positive growth in the myBCA application with a total transaction of 6.9 billion transactions throughout 2024.
This achievement reflects the wider adoption of myBCA services, as well as the increasing customer confidence in digital banking service solutions.
EVP Transaction Banking Business Development BCA I Ketut Alam Wangsawijaya said, currently the transaction frequency in myBCA has increased by 128 percent yoy.
"This figure shows how digital services are increasingly becoming an integral part of customers' daily lives. We are optimistic that myBCA will continue to develop and provide a more comfortable and efficient transaction experience for all customers through various innovations," he said as quoted on Monday, February 24.
Ketut explained, there are 3 features that customers use the most and contribute significantly to the growth of myBCA, namely fund transfers, virtual account transactions, and transactions through QRIS.
Transfer between accounts is the most widely used service by customers, both for personal and business purposes. Then, virtual account services are driven by high public needs related to e-commerce payments, bills, and e-wallet refills. Third, QRIS features are often used by customers for practical and safe payments.
"As of December 2024, there has been an increase in the number of QRIS transactions in MyBCA by 554 percent yoy," he continued.

The Paylater feature in myBCA can be activated without admin fees. BCA also offers a variety of payment tenor options, from full repayments at the end of the month to installments with a tenor of 3, 6, or 12 months.
