OIKN Chief Basuki Regarding The Launch Of Danantara: I Hope There Is A Little Fund For IKN

JAKARTA - Head of the Archipelago Capital Authority (OIKN) Basuki Hadimuljono hopes that the launch of the Anagata Nusantara Power Management Agency (BPI Danantara) can encourage investment in IKN.

Basuki said that BPI Danantara aims to manage investments from existing dividends.

"If I'm not mistaken, Danantara is what I read about the purpose of investing in the existing SOE dividends. I hope it will be a small amount of funds for IKN," Basuki said at a press conference on the PPP IKN Market Sounding agenda at the Ministry of Public Works Auditorium, Jakarta, Monday, February 24.

"Hopefully IKN will also splash the Danantara program. That's our hope," he continued.

He said that his party did not know whether Danantara would later have an office at IKN. "Wow, I don't know yet," he concluded.

Previously, President Prabowo Subianto officially launched BPI Danantara today at the Presidential Palace, Jakarta.

The inauguration was marked by President Prabowo signing Law Number 1 of 2025 concerning the third amendment to Law Number 19 of 2003 concerning State-Owned Enterprises.

In addition, Prabowo also claimed to have signed Government Regulation (PP) Number 10 of 2025 concerning the Organization and Governance of the Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency.

"Furthermore, I also signed Presidential Decree Number 30 of 2025 concerning the appointment of the supervisory board and the implementing body of the Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency," he said at the launch quoted from the Presidential Secretariat's YouTube, Monday, February 23.
