JAKARTA - The government is preparing the latest regulations regarding the provisions for foreign exchange of export products (DHE) for natural resources (SDA).
Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto emphasized that the placement of export foreign exchange (DHE) will be 100 percent and the period of parking obligations for domestic exporters will be at least one year.
"It's been, it's been a year. So it's 100 percent (placement)," he explained to the media crew, Tuesday, January 21.
Airlangga added that the draft Government Regulation (PP) is in the process of drafting or preparing to be adjusted or harmonized with other regulations or policies to be more harmonious or harmonious
Currently, the applicable rules regarding Expo Result Foreign Exchange are in PP Number 36 of 2023.
"The PP is being prepared for Harmonization," he said
Airlangga said the government would coordinate with Bank Indonesia (BI), the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and banks in harmonizing Government Regulations.
"Continue to harmonize and then there will be coordination with BI, OJK, banks," he explained.
In line with this, Airlangga promised to provide incentives to exporters, one of which is from banks, namely regulations related to cash colllateral.

"For banks to be prepared, for cash colllateral, prepared, use for tax payments, dividend payments are all regulated there," he said.
On the other hand, Airlangga ensured that the policy had received the blessing of President Prabowo Subianto and there was no rejection from the businessmen, because the discussion involved all stakeholders.
"There is no (reaction), we have communicated with all stakeholders," he added.
Airlangga is optimistic that the revised DHE SDA will increase Indonesia's foreign exchange by up to 90 billion US dollars.
"It can reach above 90 billion US dollars. One year (placement)," he said.
